At Golden Hearts we work towards strengthening the body muscles, joints & teach balance exercises to help counter this possibility. Seniors are encouraged to remain physically active & independent thereby improving the quality of their lives. Golden Hearts is a unique platform devoted only to senior fitness & health. Any & every person will benefit from what we do at our classes.
Dr. Sunil Wagh, also an accomplished sportsman, athlete, coach & a fitness expert personally oversees the program that he himself has devised & implemented. He has conducted numerous workshops, lectures & classes on this subject & has received a very positive response from the community. We hope that more seniors take advantage of this initiative.
